Not every document can be notarized. The document type, identification, the signer's presence, willingness and awareness, and applicable New Jersey requirements must be reviewed first. A notarial act does not prove that the contents of a document are truthful, accurate or legally valid.

Document Notarization

Professional notarization for eligible personal and business documents. The signer's identity, willingness and awareness are reviewed before the appropriate notarial act is completed.

An acknowledgment confirms that the signer personally appeared before the notary, was properly identified and declared that the signature was made willingly for the purposes stated in the document.
