What this service involves

Diana does not draft legal documents and does not advise clients about what an affidavit should say, unless she is separately authorized by law to do so. The affidavit should already be prepared and complete when you arrive; the notarial act covers the oath or affirmation and the signature.

• Affidavit of support prepared by the signer or their advisor
• Sworn statements requested by an agency
• Declarations that include a jurat

What to bring

• Current, acceptable government-issued identification
• The complete, unsigned document (unless the act allows a prior signature)
• All required signers, present at the same appointment
• Any witnesses the document may require
