Document Notarization
Professional notarization for eligible personal and business documents. The signer's identity, willingness and awareness are reviewed before the appropriate notarial act is completed.
What this service involves
During the appointment the document is reviewed to confirm that a notarial act is possible, identification is examined, and the signer is asked to confirm that they are signing willingly and understand that they are signing. Once those conditions are satisfied, the correct notarial certificate is completed and the notarial record is kept as required by New Jersey.
